A very nice ride around the nooks and crannies of the area west of Tokyo. Not meant for speed. Better suited for the meanderer. Starts along the Tsurumigawa (which I prefer to follow to stay of the narrow and busy Rt. 3) then heads up over the ridge west of Keisen University. Then after a bit of nice, fast riding on 158 (very good route for biking with good separation from traffic, although frequent lights) turn left just past Otsuma Women's University, and go along a nice little path that takes you through a very pretty little village situated in the hills. The path soon widens into a nice road then becomes Rt. 155. Rt. 155 is a nice section with good separation and not so much traffic. After crossing Rt. 3, there is a nice climb to the top of the hill with little traffic and nice views and green spaces. Finaly, you can either head back along the Tsurumigawa or take the little back entrance to Tamagawa Gakuen and go along the road that parallels the Odakyu rail line. (More pretty scenery.) It is a meandering course meant for a nice Sunday ride, not meant for speed.
